Nathasha Rocha, Esq.
Nathasha Rocha is a licensed attorney in both Brazil and the United States (Texas), with a Master’s in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, TX), and specializations in Tax Law (PUC-SP) and White-Collar Criminal Law.​

Nathasha began her legal career in Brazil representing financial institutions, business leaders, and wealth management groups in complex litigation and international arbitration, with a focus on corporate, regulatory, and high-risk criminal matters.
In the U.S., Nathasha has built a respected practice in international and business immigration law.

As the founder of Bossa Law, she advises founders, investors, and executives—primarily from Europe, Asia, and Latin America—on the legal and immigration structuring of their U.S. operations, with a focus on O-1, L-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW visas.​
